As a food reviewer for Foodjoyy, I'm excited to share insights into this unique café, which has made its mark not only through its culinary offerings but also through the resilience and warmth of its owner, Alex. And be nice to him and help him go through this bad few years! Please pray for him and his missus that Jehovah God remembers her and rewards her in her reserection hope! I look forward to going back one day! Hope to see Alex again soon! ”
“ Delicious food and very friendly stuff. They made small tour for me explaining Ethiopian food. The taste is totally different what I tried before. Coffee is also very good. Really something new. Next time I will bring my friends with me. ”
“ Would give an 11/10. Excellent Ethiopian food. Very fun to eat and a collection of all sorts of flavors at a very affordable cost. Will be coming back with more friends in the future! ”
“ I finally decided to try this place on Sunday having walked past it for years on the way to the supermarket and now I feel silly for not having done it sooner. I shared a big mixed platter with five or six different meat dishes on injera with a friend and we really enjoyed all the different flavours. The owner was very friendly and the place had a lovely local caff sort of feel, with lots of people who were obviously regulars but no less welcoming to us wandering in timidly off the street. I look forward to going back and trying more dishes. ”
“ Stop for quick lunch, food all made by order so allows yourself enough time:) ”
“ The vegetarian selection for 7.50 is probably my favourite restaurant dish in all of London. My boyfriend and I have brought friends and family here for countless lunches and every single one of them has genuinely enjoyed it. Friendly & helpful staff. The coffee is great too! ”
“ Delicious Ethiopian food. In the picture is their platter which is 25 pounds and was more than enough food for two hungry people. I definitely recommend having the platter, so you can try many of the dishes. Each and every one of them was very delicious. They have great vegetarian and vegan options. ”
“ We ate there by chance and we were happily surprised. We had vegetarian dishes with injera and it was all very fresh and tasty. The person serving was very helpful and helped us choose the dishes. ”
